　　上海开纳杰科技发展有限公司是上海开纳杰化工研究所下属分公司，成立于1999年，公司应用开纳杰化工研究所的清洗技术专业从事精密金属零件脱脂清洗、光整去毛刺等业务，已获得ISO9001；2000质量体系认证，清洗各类零件。
　　公司占地6600m²，生产厂房4200m²，专业清洗生产线三条，专业技术人员16人，员工87人。为确保产品的清洗质量，我公司首先对精密零件来料进行初检后，再进行零件串挂，避免在清洗过程中零件之间的相互接触可能引起的擦伤，之后进行超声波热初洗、超声波热清洗、超声波冷清洗、超声波漂洗和超声波气相清洗五个清洗工艺，对完成清洗的精密零件，进行100％的零件全检，100％的零件复检和出厂前零件系统抽检的四大质量监检，确保精密零件的清洗质量符合国际高端标准。目前我们的日常客户为新加坡安特精密零件有限公司、新加坡赫比(上海)电子有限公司、美国贝联特种金属（上海）有限公司、美国莱尔德电子材料（上海）有限公司、日本索尼、荷兰飞利浦、美国摩托罗拉、诺基亚、索爱等十余家公司，清洗的精密零件材质：不锈钢、马口铁、铜、铝、合金材料等；日清洗能力为900Kpcs——1500Kpcs，年清洗能力3亿只，2007年实际完成1.73亿只。
